Deana: top finished!

I have just finished Jessi's Medallion!  Hooray!!  This project has been easy and fun, and Jessi loves it.  It will be a couple of months before I get it quilted, but I am still happy to have it this far.  I will get the binding and the lining pieced today and put them away.  I always prep the bindings so I don't lose the fabric or use it for something else.

P.S.  Month 5 goes pretty fast.

Next step...a horse quilt for my son.

You're right Deanna, it was a doozy!  Glad to have this completed.  Looking forward to July's. 

Deana: one more month

I plan to finish the pattern and email it August 1st. If anyone has already downloaded Month 4, I just realized that I forgot to email you the paper piecing patterns so watch for another email.  Thanks to all who have encouraged me along in this big project!  It has been fun!

I am starting a new online group project in Sept 1st.  It will be lots of fun so let your quilty friends know about it.  The more the merrier.

Deana's Month 4 (July)

If you worked ahead  on the extra blocks you cut out in month 3 then month 4 will go pretty fast.

Deana's Month 3 complete!

I just barely completed month 3 of Jessi's Medallion.  Now it is time to get month 4 tested before it comes out in July.  I am pleased with how it is coming.

Just a note:  the Arrow Head blocks are not sewn on yet but are just laid next to the center.

Kari and Gaylene's Fabric

Here is Kari's progress on Month 1.  I LOVE her fabrics!

Below are Gaylene's vibrant fabrics.  I LOVE that green!  Her green will go where the red is and the purples are the blues.  Looks like a fun quilt.
