I purchased my fabric. On my computer the light color looks quite beige, but it is a pale yellow and the orange is not as dark as it shows in the picture. I'm excited to start cutting into the fabric.
Are those purples where my greys are? Jessi will be so envious. She LOVES LOVES purple with blue and orange. In fact, she wanted her prom dress those colors. Can't wait to see it come together. I am very surprised to see another ORANGE candidate for this project. Maybe because I don't normally care for orange, I expected others to feel the same.
I am emailing out a correction already to pages 2 and 7 of Month 1. Tracy found them for me and the one on page 7 is pretty important.
Yes, the purples are where your grays are and the yellow will take the place of white. I had planned to use more of a peach color instead of orange, but none of the peach fabrics really worked, and when I saw that orange I knew it was right. I never use orange in quilts except Halloween quilts, so this is a big change for me too.
